that my check did not come this month, therefore, none of my bills got paid this month and my water bill is to be dtceonnecisd on Friday the 19th. I have tried ecery local agency and have called Churches just to be told ehat there is no funding. The amount that has to be paid is $76.00 and it may as well be a million.
