, I would have originally said the coonups have not been as good as it was because food companies are losing money due to the high fuel costs, but the fuel costs are down now and the increases they made in the cost of their products are still up and actually the food companies are some of the only companies still showing a profit. I don't think it is All You's fault though- as these companies decide to put their coonups in the magazine,not the other way around-  All You choosing what ones to put in.
I wish I could provide an ansewr to this, a real ansewr. I was in mortgage too for a number of years and got to watch Several opportunities like the ones you are describing pass me by. Although I would probably open up shop for myself if I had this ansewr.
