I just came across your site while redaing the latest on Technorati. I have to say that I love your gravy idea. My family loves to camp. Breakfast has got to be my favorite camping meal. The smell of bacon and eggs at the campfire is a great way to start the day. That said, I never thought of making gravy from the drippings. In fact, I usually cook the bacon right on the portable BBQ, so I usually don't have drippings. On the next trip, I'll bust out the frying pan and give the gravy a try.
